Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Storekeeper to join the International Institute for Quality Assurance and Food (IIQAF). This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Storekeeper, you will manage the inventory, supply, and order entry functions of the institute. You will also be responsible for the daily maintenance and organization of the store.

- Conduct daily counts of the institute\xe2\x80\x99s inventory and supplies
- Ensure accurate receiving and stocking of all incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and accuracy to internal standards
- Monitor and control the ordering, receiving, issuing, and delivery of products
- Assemble orders and deliver to authorized personnel
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot storage issues and address any other pressing store needs
- Perform regular store audits to check the inventory levels
- Make sure all store locations are properly maintained
- Proven work experience as a Storekeeper
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Familiarity with industry-standard inventory software
- Working knowledge of safety regulations
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
