Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Storekeeper to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should have knowledge of inventory management with time management skills. Job Qualifications:

Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Interior Fit-out, Joinery, Signages
Proficient in MS Excel and Quickbooks
Knowledge of Inventory Management in Quickbooks
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Delegation and time management skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities: Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders Ensure accuracy of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom and inventory control. Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
