to handle the receipt, storage, and issuance of hotel supplies including Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Cleaning Materials, Printing & Stationery, and Guest Supplies. The role ensures accurate documentation, proper stock control, cleanliness of store areas, and compliance with hotel policies and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and issue items as per approved requisitions
Maintain accurate stock records and updated bin cards
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate purchase requests
Ensure all items are within expiry and quality standards
Assist in monthly physical inventory counts
Coordinate with Cost Control, Purchasing, and operational departments
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or hospitality environment
Knowledge of inventory control procedures
Basic computer skills
Good organizational and communication skills
Locally available in Qatar (preferred)
