Job Description

Storekeeper You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all suppliers and departments

What you will be doing: Coordinate with the purchasing department in keeping contact with suppliers regarding to the quality and quantity of goods purchased. Ensure that any goods coming into the hotel are properly ordered and in an acceptable condition. To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.

Verify the number of items or the weight by physical check.

Examine both quality and quantity of goods received.

Ensure that goods are promptly move to store or concerned department. Ensure that outgoing goods are properly documented and accounted for. Recognize the name, trade, brand, categories, article, item etc. Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management. Help the kitchen associate in case of large volume of delivery. React in line with the procedures, in case of wrong delivery. Receive goods, distribute and / or store these as per Hotel internal procedures. Receive goods from Supplier with the proper and complete documentation. Receiving and checking all goods delivered to the Hotel. Your experience and skills include: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion Competency using a variety of computer softwares
