Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders/Invoices; reporting documents and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Proper storage of materials at the project warehouse and for minimizing damage/wastage.
Proper inspection, handling, storage, and documentation of materials received from suppliers.
Conducting periodic stock inventory and report to procurement manager on regular basis.
Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory management system in the project warehouse.
Ensuring cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy.
Responsible for the timely issuance of materials from stock to the project upon request, and for the proper administration of returned materials or finished products by the operations team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder.
One to three years experience as a storekeeper.
Extremely organized and efficient.
Outstanding time-management.
Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Excellent communication skill.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
