Storekeeper

Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and organized Storekeeper to manage our restaurant's inventory, ensure proper storage of food and supplies, and support smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store all incoming food and beverage supplies. Maintain proper storage conditions to ensure product quality and safety. Track inventory levels and update records using manual or computerized systems. Issue materials to kitchen staff as required, ensuring proper documentation. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and returns of damaged goods. Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with hygiene standards. Assist in implementing cost-control measures and minimizing waste. Support other departments as required in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus. Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in an F&B or hospitality setting. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
