Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper with a valid forklift license to manage inventory storage, receiving, and dispatch activities at our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material handling, accurate stock records, and safe operation of warehouse equipment to support uninterrupted production and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will be including but not limited to;

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the warehouse management system or ERP. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal use or dispatch to customers. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Store Supervisor. Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse. Assist in loading and unloading trucks during inbound and outbound deliveries. Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times. Support the implementation of warehouse best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift driving license with proven operational experience. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for inventory control. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
