We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
F&B Storekeeper
to manage receiving, storage, and issuing of food and beverage items for our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure
accurate inventory control, proper storage standards, documentation, and coordination with purchasing and kitchen teams
.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and verify
deliveries of food, beverages, and consumables
Inspect items for
quantity, quality, temperature, and expiry dates
Maintain
proper storage
according to product category (dry, chiller, freezer)
Ensure
FIFO & FEFO rotation
, labeling, and dating of all items
Maintain accurate
stock records in inventory or ERP system
Issue items to kitchen, bar, and outlets against approved requisitions
Conduct
daily and monthly stock counts
and variance reporting
Monitor
minimum and par stock levels
and report reorder requirements
Coordinate with
Procurement, Cost Control, and Accounts
teams
Ensure store areas meet
hygiene and safety standards (HACCP compliant)
Prevent
wastage, pilferage, and overstocking
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years experience
as Storekeeper in F&B / hospitality
Knowledge of:
Food & beverage products
Storage standards and temperatures
Inventory and stock control procedures
Experience with
POS / Inventory / ERP systems
Strong skills in
Excel and documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle physical work (lifting cartons, organizing shelves)
UAE / GCC experience preferred
