Storekeeper

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper who will manage day-to-day store operations along with cost control responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling stores in a Catering, Food Service, or FMCG environment, with strong knowledge of inventory management, stock rotation, and consumption tracking
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management
Receive, inspect, and store all materials, food items, and supplies. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper storage standards Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests based on consumption. Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and operations teams for timely stock movement.
Cost Control
Track daily consumption of materials and compare with standard usage. Identify variances and highlight unusual consumption or wastages. Assist in monthly stock audits and inventory reconciliation. Prepare cost reports for management, including stock valuation and usage summaries. Ensure optimum stock levels to control costs without affecting operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
