to manage inventory and stock levels at our facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials or products, ensuring proper documentation and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming materials or stock and verify quantity and quality
Organize and store items in designated locations according to company standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Issue materials or products based on requisitions or orders
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or losses
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom or warehouse area
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for inventory needs
Monitor stock expiry, damage, and shelf life, if applicable
Follow company safety and security procedures while handling stock
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/storekeeping certification is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or warehouse role
Skills:
Good knowledge of inventory management systems or stock control software
Basic computer skills (Excel, stock entry systems)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and move items as required (physically fit)
Language:
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
