Job Description
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and overseeing inventory operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and safeguarding materials and supplies. The role ensures that inventory is maintained at optimal levels, records are updated, and materials are issued efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
:Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. Ensure proper storage of items according to inventory control procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory software. Issue materials to departments as per requisition and ensure proper documentation. Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory. Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low stock or discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for storage and handling. Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams. Generate and submit inventory reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills
:High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus. Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role. Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in inventory management. Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical stamina to lift and move items

Pay: AED1.00 per month
