\xc2\xb7 Role Objective: \xc2\xb7 A Storekeeper should be familiar with construction materials maintain store records, organized, and stocked with merchandise according to merchandising requirements and business operating plan. Administer payroll and payroll deductions. Settle merchandise purchases, including special orders. Receive, store, and distribute merchandise. \xc2\xb7 Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages. \xc2\xb7 Sort merchandise according to pricing and location at store. \xc2\xb7 Store merchandise in proper location to increase sales. \xc2\xb7 Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports. \xc2\xb7 Inventory items according to location and store policy. \xc2\xb7 Assign work orders to staff; record work performed, and materials used. \xc2\xb7 Keep, organized, and stocked with merchandise according to merchandising requirements and business operating plan. \xc2\xb7 Administer payroll and payroll deductions. \xc2\xb7 Settle merchandise purchases, including special orders. \xc2\xb7 Receive, store, and distribute merchandise. \xc2\xb7 Raise material requests to the procurement department as per site team requirements. Follow up with procurement department release of LPO with suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Required Skills/Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies \xc2\xb7 Positive, friendly, and organized \xc2\xb7 Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields \xc2\xb7 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction materials handling Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
