1. Customer and Service Level
  • Follow & Implement policies regarding warehouse Order management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
  • Maintain the punctuality of receiving, issuance and dispatching as per agreed cut off time
• Involve & Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies and strategies • % of the delivery within the agreed time frame with the sales team and clients

2. Financial
  • Participate in the development of the area yearly expenses budget, and manage it on daily basis
  • Manage the warehouse Ambient and cold store operations capabilities and process in order to maximize the utilization of the Warehouse resources
  • Maintain the Warehouse (cold and ambient store) Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
• Maintaining stock level, follow up delivery and Materials Requirement Planning ( MRP) process • % Logistics Cost / Turnover
  • Total Logistics Cost / Ton
  • % of Budget achievement
  • % of Inventory losses (Losses/Turnover)
Experience
Graduation/Scholarship
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Major in Industrial ) or Business Administration or any relevant qualifications
Experience
minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Warehousing with good knowledge of WMS ( Warehouse Management System). Ability to handle the team, minimum 2 years in leadership and people management and implement food Safety, quality and management system within the are
Languages
English: Business proficiency

Professional Skills
  • Strong knowledge in stores and Warehouse roles
  • Budget allocation and management
  • Leadership ability to handle multi-cultural environment
Technical Skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • Very good in Microsoft excel such as formulas and others
  • SAP knowledge is mandatory
