Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of annual store sales targets through active supervision of the sales team.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and coverage to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Conduct store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to return and repair policies.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved promptly, and service standards remain high.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify current and future requirements.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are achieved in line with brand policies.
  • Verify accuracy of promotions and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights on new and core collection performance.
  • Submit daily invoices and sales summaries to the finance team.
  • Execute store operations including cash handling, inventory counts, and record keeping.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and ensure compliance with cash, fraud, and theft controls.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ensure interior and exterior store presentation meets company and brand standards.
  • Direct the team to follow standard operating procedures and store appearance guidelines.
  • Perform cashier duties when required to support store operations.
People Management
  • Define goals and key performance indicators for team members.
  • Support performance management processes through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop team capability through mentoring and on-the-job guidance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
