Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of annual store sales targets through effective supervision of the sales team.
  • Ensure proper staff coverage and scheduling to maintain high customer service standards.
  • Conduct store operation audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to return and repair policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand current and future customer needs.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor pricing accuracy and ensure promotions are executed as per company policies.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to maximize stock performance and track collection results.
  • Submit daily invoices and sales summaries to the finance team.
  • Execute store operations including cash handling, inventory counts, and record keeping.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and compliance with cash, fraud, and theft controls.
  • Manage inventory movements including receiving, stocking, transfers, and discrepancy control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance meets company and brand standards.
  • Perform cashier duties when required to support store operations.
People Management
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for team members in line with company standards.
  • Support performance management processes through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop team capability through mentoring, guidance, and on-the-job training.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong product and category knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
