Job Description
Store Supervisor Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Support the Store Incharge in supervising store staff and delegating tasks effectively. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including stock replenishment and organization. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store. Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor customer issues or escalate them when necessary. Track daily sales and support the implementation of strategies to meet sales goals. Assist in preparing basic reports related to sales, inventory, and staff attendance. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock-related follow-ups as directed by the Store Incharge. Supervise cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling. Support in executing promotional activities and maintaining store displays and visual merchandising.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
