We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Store Supervisor

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling and managing store/warehouse operations within a fit-out, joinery, or Interior Decoration Company

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, tools, and consumables.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier databases.

Receive, inspect, and store materials as per company standards.

Issue materials to production/site teams against approved requests.

Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.

Ensure proper documentation of store transactions (inward/outward).

Coordinate with suppliers and site teams for timely delivery of required materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse.

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years' experience in storekeeping, preferably in a

fit-out/joinery/Interior Decoration Company

Knowledge of wood, hardware, paints, and related materials is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must have fluency in English & Hindi
