Job Title: Store Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee all daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and stock control. Lead and guide store staff in receiving, issuing, and recording materials in the inventory system. Monitor stock levels and proactively coordinate with the procurement team to raise purchase requisitions and avoid shortages. Ensure compliance with company standards and QHSE policies for proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. Verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders (PO) and manage supplier follow-ups for discrepancies or damaged goods. Conduct regular inspections and audits of inventory, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Maintain proper documentation of surplus, returns, and stock adjustments. Implement store policies, enforce safety protocols, and control access to the warehouse. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill project requirements efficiently and on time. Prepare and present periodic stock movement reports to management. Maintain store facilities in compliance with municipality and company regulations. Introduce improvements in store processes and oversee any tasks assigned by management.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
