Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Store Supervision:
Oversee all operations within the branch store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Team Supervision:
Supervise store team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.Quality Control:
Maintain high standards for the quality and condition of stored goods.Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, and team activities.Coordination:
Cooperate with all different departments and administrations to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree 3-5 Years of experience in warehouse management or a related role. Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and staff.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
Experience:
Warehouse Management: 3 years (Preferred) * Inventory: 3 years (Preferred)
