- Has minimum 2 years experience in similar role in the Bicycle Retail industry
- Is target driven
- Has a strong knowledge of the various cycling brands and technologies
- Is excellent in customer care and complaint resolution
- Has exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
