Store Supervisor

Background:

We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in optimizing warehousing processes. They should also be dependable, organized, and have excellent time management skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations Evaluate and report on warehouse productivity Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels Check orders, bills, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy Keep records and prepare necessary documentation Maintain safety standards and regulations Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers
Requirements and Qualifications

Pharmaceutical Degree 5 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management Excellent time management skills and ability to delegate tasks Strong leadership and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving skills
