. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating effectively with the procurement and restaurant operations teams to maintain a smooth supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and store staff.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of food and non-food items.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices are followed.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
Track expiry dates and manage returns or damaged goods properly.
Support in monthly inventory audits and cost control activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
1-3years of UAE experience in F&B warehouse/store supervision.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
