Job Description
We are looking Store supervisor for Zircon Medical Equipment , Mussaffah.
Position: Store supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
? Ensure Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical equipment and supplies.
? Ensure Maintain organized and accurate inventory records, including stock levels and
expiry dates.
? Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Storage and Organization:
? Ensure Properly store and organize medical equipment to ensure safety and
accessibility.
Quality Control:
? EnsureCoordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with appropriate departments
or vendors.
Distribution:
? EnsureFulfill equipment and supply requests from other departments and prepare
and package equipment for distribution.
? EnsureMaintain a log of equipment requests and returns.
Documentation:
? EnsurePrepare and maintain and archive accurate records of equipment transactions,
including issuance, returns, and disposals.
? Generate regular reports on inventory levels and usage.
Petty Cash
? Ensure Manage and record petty cash
