: As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will lead and inspire a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of store associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Ensure that visual merchandising and store displays meet company standards.
- Train and onboard new associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the store team.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail POS systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
