The Role

As a Store sales Manager, you will be directly in touch with customers and living our credo of 'We don't sell - we forge relationships'. You will get to know our customers' demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they're looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they're on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

DUTIES

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Ensure sufficient stock, manage inventory, project and estimate requirements, and streamline supply chain Schedule and manage on-site sales team and colleagues to ensure stores are appropriately staffed Recognize, train, and develop on-site staff and sales personnel Plan and executive promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools Independently keep track of sales records, create reports, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance Ensure retail venues are appealing, clean, and organized with products appropriately displayed Engage with customers, answer questions, explain products, terms, and conditions, and build rapport

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience in sweets / chocolates sales. Previous UAE experience in retail/store management and visual merchandising; Exposure to face-to-face sales in the UAE; Ideally a Bachelor's degree; Understanding of Emirati culture and personality; Preferably communication skills (verbal & written) in Khaleeji Arabic; Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
