Job Description

As a Store Sales cum Assistant Digital Marketer, you will play a dual role in driving in-store sales and supporting digital marketing efforts. This position requires a blend of traditional retail skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in-store customers, managing merchandise, and contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: In-Store Sales:Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal stock levels.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs. Digital Marketing Support:Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute online campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Assist in the creation of digital content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media posts.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on digital platforms.
Compile and analyze data from digital marketing campaigns to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Product Knowledge:Stay informed about product features, benefits, and specifications to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Provide input to the marketing team regarding customer preferences, trends, and feedback gathered during in-store interactions. Sales Reporting:Generate regular reports on in-store sales performance and customer feedback.
Provide insights into customer behavior and preferences to contribute to marketing strategy development. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
