Store & Purchasing Assistant

Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
  • Research potential vendors.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Able to purchase materials from suppliers on daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
  • Have a good knowledge about logistics
  • Experience of 1 year atleast as purchasing & store assistant.
  • Must have driving license & own a Car
  • Ability to maintain good relationship with vendors.
  • Must have data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Store & Purchasing Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
