Job Description

Overview

Plan and improve product positioning on store shelves to support sales performance.

Create effective planograms that align with the company's commercial strategy and objectives.

Support store teams during planogram implementation by sharing clear instructions and required planogram data.

Advise category managers on best shelf placement, assortment structure and other planogram related factors.

Visit stores to review actual shelf layouts and compare them with approved planograms.

Take part in developing planograms for new store openings and support layout changes during store remodeling.

Contribute to continuous improvement of shelf efficiency and in store presentation.

Job Requirements

Completed or ongoing higher education in economics, business administration or a related field.

Minimum one year of experience in retail, purchasing, category management or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with good ability to manage time and priorities.

Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP or BW will be considered an advantage.

Clear and confident communication skills.

Proactive, energetic and results focused working style.
