Job Description

Prescription Management:

Dispense prescriptions accurately, complying with regulatory requirements. Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosage, and potential drug interactions. Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.

Customer Service:

Support sales activities in-store and online. Handle customer concerns and inquiries professionally and empathetically. Foster positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Stock Management:

Ensure stock requirements are met from CPD, other branches, and outside suppliers. Maintain product availability as per store requirements. Develop strategies for managing non-moving products and ISLP products. Ensure stock accuracy for all products. Manage online orders via Talabat, InstaShop, Careem, NowNow, and other e-commerce channels. Write daily shortages and procure required stocks.

Offline Activities:

Perform sales, ordering, and maintain the customer service book. Support daily invoice entry for received stock. Ensure accurate barcoding of received products. Arrange and display products attractively and appropriately. Clear received IBT and CPD stocks daily without discrepancies.

Invoice & Product Management:

Assist with invoice and product management tasks. Ensure accurate barcoding and merchandising of received products. Identify and procure required stocks daily from CPD, other branches, and outside suppliers.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations. Maintain accurate records of controlled substances. Stay updated on changes in pharmacy laws and regulations.

Clinical Services:

Conduct medication therapy management and health screenings. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Operational Excellence:

Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities as listed, not limited to the above-mentioned tasks. Adhere to DHA regulations, with only registered pharmacists dispensing medicines. Maintain confidentiality and not disclose any company data or information. Follow company IT Security Policy. Be flexible to work in any of our pharmacy branches and shifts as per business needs.
