Responsibilities

Managing smooth day to day operation of assigned branch.

Responsible for achieving budgeted sales target.

Control utility expenses and manage them within the budgeted amount.

Control shrinkage and wastage within the budgeted amount.

Maintain assigned branch is clean and tidy and following hygiene standards.

Manage merchandise layout as per approved by management.

Maintain inventory level of 20 days sales value.

Provide necessary team training to the team members.

Handle merchandise returns and exchanges by following the internal SOP's.

Need to make sure that assets are intact.

Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.

Any other task to be perform per the direction of the line manager and the senior management.

Collaboration between departments to achieve a shared organizational vision, mutual respect, and in-depth understanding of each other's role in an assignment with the goal of achieving excellent business outcomes.

Educational Qualification

High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Previous work experience as branch manager or similar position.

Basic PC knowledge, good math skills, customer satisfaction-oriented

Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS. Can stand long hours.

Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

Good communication skill with ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in all the situations

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
