Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in fashion/retail. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, possess excellent communication abilities, and have a passion for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day store operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.

2. Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive sales growth by implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

3. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

4. Communication & Reporting:

• Act as a liaison between staff, upper management, and customers.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively in English and Arabic with customers, suppliers, and corporate teams.

5. Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to expand customer base and enhance brand loyalty.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion/retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English & Arabic is a must).
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience in high-end fashion/luxury retail.
