Store Manager
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity of store.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Prepare job costing and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock availability
- Coordinating with Production, Purchase and accounts departments for material issuance, delivery, material orders and inventory
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and compliance with external audit procedures.
- Lead and manage the store team
- Any Bachelor's degree / Master's degree holder.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and ERP software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
