Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Store Manager

to oversee the operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) specializing in Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of proven managerial experience

in the QSR sector, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control. Maintain quality and consistency of menu offerings. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

3-5 years

of experience as a QSR Manager, preferably in Asian cuisine. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
