Store Manager - Duties & Responsibilities (Warehouse & Inventory)
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales floor and warehouse activities Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, organization, and dispatch of goods Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent overstocking or stock shortages Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and investigate discrepancies Ensure accurate inventory records through proper documentation and inventory management systems Supervise, train, and schedule store and warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures Implement proper storage, labeling, and handling standards to maintain product quality and safety Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of products Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss-prevention procedures Analyze inventory and sales reports to forecast demand and plan replenishment Reduce shrinkage, damages, and expired products through effective controls Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store and warehouse Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and operational efficiency Available to join immediately Available in RAS ALKHAIMAH
