Oversee the inventory lifecycle, maintain accurate records and forecast demand for construction materials, including MEP materials.
Ensure efficient storage, organization and distribution of materials to site stores, including loading and offloading with safety protocols.
Manage MR, PR and GRN processes, generate reports, maintain data accuracy and follow up closely with the procurement team.
Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic stock counts.
Manage fixed assets efficiently and reconcile stocks with accounting records regularly.
Review inventory valuations to ensure accuracy.
Verify that materials meet the demanded quality, quantity and standards as per PO.
Lead and train store staff and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
Education:
Must have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of UAE experience in main store and site store management within MEP & Construction companies.
Skills:
Proficient in ERP systems (PACT)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong leadership
Analytical Skills
Communication skills
Have a valid UAE driving license.
