Role Summary
The Store Manager is fully accountable for daily store operations and workforce performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved, teams are developed, brand image is protected, and customers receive consistently high service levels aligned with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team at all times
• Develop innovative initiatives to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Track brand performance by reviewing stock levels, best sellers, and slow-moving items, creating action plans to increase sales
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards including cash handling, security, sales processes, and record keeping
• Coach, train, and mentor store teams to elevate customer service through strong brand, product, and retail knowledge
• Ensure adherence to health and safety, security, and compliance policies, escalating concerns to the Excellence and Compliance team when required
• Plan, organize, and oversee in-store processes including cash intake, cash handling, stockroom operations, and stock-take administration
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams on product performance, ranging, pricing, competitive activity, and opportunities

Ideal Profile

• 4 to 5 years of industry experience with a managerial background
• Proven track record of maximizing business performance and achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of key customer segments with the ability to guide teams accordingly
• Ability to identify critical paths, engage stakeholders, and drive timely decision-making
• Confident decision-maker who knows when to act independently and when to escalate
