Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build, manage, and develop store teams to drive productivity, engagement, and retention
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand and company customer experience standards
• Ensure consistent implementation of sales initiatives, promotions, and brand activities
• Monitor store performance and take proactive actions to improve sales and operational results
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Ensure effective stock control, loss prevention, and minimization of damage and shrinkage
• Oversee smooth store operations in the absence of senior leadership, addressing issues promptly
• Support a positive store culture that reflects Majid Al Futtaim values and brand image

Ideal Profile

• High school certificate or diploma
• Qualification in a retail-related field is an advantage
• Four to five years of experience in retail operations, preferably within lifestyle or fashion retail
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and people management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
