Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee all materials, stock movement, and logistics across our factory operations, including glass, marble, and joinery divisions. This role requires someone with strong field experience who can organize, monitor, and control all incoming and outgoing materials without relying on ERP or inventory software. If you are practical, organized, and experienced in managing fit-out store operations manually, we'd like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and manually log all deliveries of raw materials and project-related items.

Organize and maintain storage of materials in the glass, marble, and joinery factory areas.

Track daily stock movements using manual registers or Excel, ensuring all issues and returns are documented.

Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely material availability based on project requirements.

Manage local logistics, including movement of materials to and from the factory and project sites.

Supervise helpers or store assistants, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Report shortages, damages, or material discrepancies promptly to the concerned departments.

Support in stock audits and basic reporting to the management on a weekly/monthly basis.

Ensure factory store areas are clean, labeled, and organized at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse roles, preferably in interior fit-out, marble, glass, or joinery industries.

Strong practical knowledge of materials used in factory and fit-out works.

Able to maintain accurate manual records and basic Excel logs.

Familiar with coordinating transportation/logistics within UAE.

Physically fit and capable of managing warehouse space and heavy items.

Good communication and team coordination skills.

No specific educational degree required - experience and reliability matter most.
