2. Sales & Customer Service
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally.

3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store employees.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.

4. Inventory & Stock Control
Oversee stock levels, ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and manage shrinkage and wastage.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of items.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
Implement promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
Maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
