Position: Store Manager (Furniture sector experienced ONLY) Location: Sharjah, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Additional: Working 6 days a week Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our furniture business including e-commerce, operation, marketing and sales. The Store Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing the e-commerce, operation, marketing, sales, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture business to manage overall, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets together with a high level of managing and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the furniture industry. - Manage and lead a team of marketing, sales & operation, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to drive sales and expand the customer base. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. - Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed them on a regular basis. - Conduct regular sales and operation meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions to enhance the performance and skills of the team. - Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and sales collateral to support sales efforts. - Prepare and present operation, marketing & sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team. - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues. - Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and developments in the furniture market. Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven track record of success in furniture business, with at least 5 years of experience in a higher management role in furniture industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of the furniture industry, including industry trends, products, and customer preferences. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry trade shows, and visit sales locations. - Experience in furniture business/field Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month plus sales incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
