Company Overview:
Join a prominent name in the furniture and home decor segment - part of a large diversified business group active in malls, F&B, fitness and other retail ventures. The brand operates in high-traffic retail environments and seeks an experienced store leader to uphold its reputation for quality and customer service.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations at a retail outlet in Dubai or Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, optimising sales performance, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance coaching.
Control inventory, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to minimise shortages.
Implement and enforce loss-prevention, safety and store compliance procedures.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, visual standards and local marketing initiatives.
Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity and inventory metrics for senior management.
Work collaboratively with corporate teams to deliver promotions and in-store campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven retail management experience, preferably within the furniture, furnishings or home decor sector.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Effective communicator with good commercial awareness and decision-making ability.
Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities in a busy retail environment.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary in the range of AED 9,000 - AED 10,000.

Only applicants currently located in the UAE with prior UAE retail experience in the furniture industry will be considered.
