KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
Understand the budgeted revenue targets and ensure all given targets are achieved as per the directions from the manager. This includes all relevant targets for the parlor
Ensure consistent upselling of our products to our guest and increase the AUV
Ensure the ice cream stock is managed as per the company standards and there is zero negative stock variance
Customer
Treat our Guest with all respect at all times and our guest are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly and effective service
Ensure we increase the guest satisfaction scores
Ensure self and the team drives positive guest engagement and interactions all the time
Zero guest complaints
Ensure self and the team drives \xe2\x80\x9cup-selling\xe2\x80\x9d by engaging with the guest
Internal Business Process
Ensure all the set internal processes by GICC and DBI are followed personally and by the team members of the responsible parlors that includes but not limited to the following:
Food Safety Standards ensure 100% compliance of all the set food safety standards
Cleanliness - parlor is maintained as per the set cleanliness standards at all time, pertains to all parts of the parlor
Hygiene - Personal hygiene is maintained as per the set standards and we act as true brand ambassadors of our great brand. Hygiene of the parlors are maintained as per the standards and we constantly try to take it to higher standards
SOPs - All set SOPs are followed as per the requirements of the organization
Tools and Equipment\'s - sanitation and maintenance of tools and equipment\'s are done effectively and as per the set organizational standards
People
Set clear expectations and individual KPIs for the team
Coordinate with the Training team and ensure the team is trained continuously
Ensure employee discipline is maintained
Motivate the team and ensure good engagement levels of the team members that is driven by learning and contribution
Ensure the team members are driven by integrity and there are no cases of pilferage or stock variance
Other Initiatives
As a parlor leader understand the business environment, competition and give recommendation that can be executed with the parlor leadership team
Come out with innovative methods of managing business

Atleast 2 years prior background in f&b at a supervisory level
