Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Store Manager
with a strong background inconstruction and interior design
to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and support customers with technical and design-related requirements. The ideal candidate will combine leadership skills with hands-on industry knowledge.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision Lead, train, and motivate store employees to achieve sales and service targets Assist customers with product selection related to construction materials and interior design solutions Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers as required Ensure store displays, layouts, and merchandising align with interior design standards Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control costs Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
