Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Store Manager

to lead our supermarket operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards, and managing staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams, and ensure timely replenishment. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards. Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and expense control. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Conduct regular store inspections to ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and visual displays. Plan staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarkets/hypermarkets. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory control. Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS/ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
