CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full P&L accountability, driving growth in foot traffic, average spend, and customer retention. Lead a team of 40+ across departments, optimizing schedules and workflows Design/execute marketing campaigns (e.g., Ramadan-exclusive baking workshops) Liaise with government entities (Ministry of Economy, Tourism, Municipal Council)
REQUIREMENTS

8+ years in F&B management, with multi-store experience in the Middle East Expertise in HACCP, UAE Labour Law(probation, overtime, termination) Proficiency in POS systems (Micros/Toas) data analytics Fluency in English,Arabic is a plus
