Store Manager

to lead their UAE store. This is a unique opportunity to drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring daily performance tracking and coaching. Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets, optimizing processes and procedures. Ensure outstanding customer service and an engaging shopping experience for all clients. Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintaining smooth workflows and operational excellence. Support local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract customers. Actively participate in sales, leading by example and contributing to overall performance.

Requirements

DHA Licensed Dermatologist / Cosmetologist (Specialist or Consultant). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of proven retail management experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Passionate, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills in English; Russian and Arabic are a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
