We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Female Store Manager

to lead our fashion retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and leading a motivated team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, staff supervision, and customer service delivery Achieve sales targets and store KPIs through effective team performance and customer engagement Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to maximize productivity and service standards Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention Prepare and analyze sales reports, daily transactions, and employee schedules Ensure compliance with company policies, security, and hygiene standards Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Passion for fashion trends and customer service excellence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and basic POS systems Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
