Oversee day-to-day store operations with high attention to detail Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards Lead and train a team of floral staff and customer service associates Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and satisfaction Coordinate with logistics for timely order delivery Handle client inquiries, including VIP and event-based requests Achieve monthly sales targets and manage store budgets
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of retail/store management experience ( floral retail preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Fluent in English and Arabic Only Females
