We're looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, and drive sales performance.

Job Summary:

As Store Manager, you will oversee the entire branch operation--from team performance to customer experience and sales growth. You are expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure the branch meets its monthly sales and Google review targets. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about creating a positive experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all branch operations, including daily opening and closing procedures. Lead and motivate a team of attendants, cashiers, event staff, and caretakers. Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved through effective planning and team coordination. Monitor bookings, upsell packages and workshops, and help promote birthday party offerings. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints or concerns promptly. Ensure the play area is clean, safe, and compliant with company standards and safety regulations. Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage in collaboration with operations management. Track inventory and ensure supplies for daily activities and events are always available. Prepare reports on sales, incidents, and staff performance as required. Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to promote offers and attract new clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or customer service role. Strong team management and organizational skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Experience working in a kids play area, entertainment, or retail environment is a plus. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
