We are seeking an experienced and proactive

store manager

to oversee the daily operations of our store, specifically focused on the

construction and joinery division

. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in

inventory management, procurement, material handling, and warehouse supervision

within the

joinery or fit-out industry

in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, tools, and finished joinery products. Ensure accurate documentation of materials received and dispatched. Develop and implement efficient storekeeping practices for smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean storage environment in compliance with HSE standards. Conduct regular stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and reporting. Monitor material usage trends and alert for any shortages or surplus. Manage store staff and provide training on inventory systems and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review. Coordinate logistics and delivery of materials to various project sites as required.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 to 5 years of UAE experience

in a

store management role within the construction joinery/fit-out industry

. Strong knowledge of

joinery materials

such as wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, adhesives, etc. Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP systems preferred). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of UAE HSE and material handling regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Forklift license (optional but preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

is preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
